Behavior Technician

As a behavior technician, you will implement individualized behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans under the supervision of a bcba. You will provide in-Home aba therapy and log daily observations to monitor client progress.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience providing aba therapy and must have completed the 40-Hour rbt course or be willing to take it. Strong communication skills and the ability to work with children on the autism spectrum are essential.
