Core responsibilities
As a registered behavior technician, you will work closely with a board certified behavior analyst to implement individualized treatment plans and provide in-Home aba therapy. You will also log daily observations and report critical data to monitor client progress.
Requirements summary
Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience providing aba therapy or implementing aba techniques, and must be willing to obtain registered behavior technician certification within 3 weeks of starting. Strong communication skills and the ability to work with children on the autism spectrum are essential.
