Dual Language Assistant

The dual language assistant supports staff in planning, organizing, and implementing comprehensive services for head start participants with limited english proficiency. This role acts as a crucial bridge between the participant, their family, and the program.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and the candidate must obtain a birth to 5 cda or family service credential within 18 months of hiring. Proficiency in computer systems, including microsoft suite, is necessary, along with meeting various state and federal regulatory requirements.
