Upper School Learning Specialist

The learning specialist provides one-On-One academic coaching and small group instruction to build successful student skills for upper school students with identified learning needs. Key duties include overseeing individualized learning plan (Ilp) case management and teaching a small group study skills class.

A bachelor's degree is required, though a master's degree in a related field is preferred, along with experience in teaching or academic coaching. Candidates must possess a strong understanding of learning differences, executive functioning, and demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
