Early Head Start Teacher

The early head start teacher is responsible for creating a nurturing and developmentally appropriate learning environment for infants and toddlers (Ages 0-3), focusing on secure attachments and implementing research-Based curricula. This role involves conducting ongoing assessments, partnering with families, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and a current child development associate (Cda) credential in infant and toddler, with willingness to obtain cor advantage assessment, cpr, and first aid certifications. Preferred qualifications include an associate degree or higher in early childhood education or a related field with relevant credit hours, and one year of early childhood experience.
