Water fitness instructor

The instructor will lead energizing, safe, and educational water fitness classes following established guidelines, designing progressive exercise plans for participants. They must also monitor attendance, provide exceptional customer service, and foster a welcoming environment for all members and guests.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent, and possess a nationally recognized water aerobics certification, which must be completed within 60 days of hire if not already held. Previous related work experience is preferred, and the ability to obtain a criminal record clearance is mandatory.
