Days and Hours of Employment
- Half Day – 7:30am-11:30am or 11:30am-3:30pm Full Day – 7:30am-3:30pm Monday –
- Friday
- Availability: Substitute teachers may be called as early as 6am on the same day as sub is needed.
- Pay
- Rate: Half Day - $50, Full Day $100
- Expectations: Reflect a personal faith in Jesus Christ through lifestyle, church commitments and a commitment to Christian education Be professional and courteous in dealing with students, families, faculty and staff, and the general public Follow all applicable school policies and procedures
Responsibilities
Take attendance as per teacher instructions Follow lesson plans provided by the regular classroom teacher Communicate with the regular classroom teacher at the end of the day by written note or email to provide an update on material or activities covered Supervise students during non-classroom activities such as recess and chapel
Qualifications
Be a born-again Christian and member of a local church High School diploma required College education preferred Be at least 18 years of age Background check required
