Instructors will lead 30 to 35-minute sessions filled with fun, learning, and encouragement, teaching basic soccer skills in a playful, age-appropriate manner. They must also model core values like teamwork, respect, and confidence, while professionally communicating with parents and partners.
Candidates must enjoy working with young children, be energetic, outgoing, and dependable, and must pass a background check. While soccer experience is helpful, it is not required as training is provided, but punctuality and commitment to scheduled sessions are mandatory.

Soccer Shots is the nation’s leading intro‑to‑soccer program for children ages 2–5. We focus on creating a fun, positive environment where kids learn soccer skills, build confidence, and develop character. Our coaches bring energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for working with toddlers!
Position Overview We are seeking an engaging, reliable, and playful coach to lead high‑energy soccer sessions. Our coaches lead a group of 4 – 10 toddlers through a 30-minute scripted curriculum. Each session is full of imaginative games designed to keep kids engaged and aid in their childhood development. The best coaches transform into a “Miss Rachel” or “Blippi”–style character, using their personality to bring our curriculum to life.
