Lead Preschool Teacher

The lead preschool teacher will oversee the planning and implementation of a play-Based curriculum focused on social and emotional growth, while working collaboratively with a team of teachers. Responsibilities also include establishing positive relationships with children, staff, and families, and tracking each child's development for assessment purposes.

Candidates must possess eec lead teacher certification and a minimum of three years of experience as a classroom teacher. Essential requirements include knowledge of best practices, the ability to guide other teachers, and maintaining consistent written and verbal communication with parents.
