Substitute Coaching Assistant

Substitute coaching assistants will support the middle and high school athletics program by supervising after-School activities and providing classroom support as directed by the lead coach. Key duties include maintaining a positive learning environment, upholding school routines, and ensuring student safety throughout the day.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree (Preferred) and experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting, with familiarity or interest in waldorf education being a plus. Applicants must also demonstrate strong management and communication skills, the ability to adapt, and must pass a background check and tb assessment, including having a valid driving license for student transport.
