Coach Across America Coach- Beat the Streets NY

This coach will support youth wrestling programs for students in grades k-12 by assisting with practice planning, leading sessions, mentoring athletes, and supporting them during competitions and events. The role involves promoting sports as a tool for youth development, academic success, and personal growth in under-Resourced communities.

The ideal candidate should be a current or former coach interested in sports-Based youth development, ready to lead an emerging initiative. Previous experience in sports based youth development, non-Profit, or related education is required, with coaching and mentoring experience preferred.
