Registered Behavior Technician

The registered behavior technician will implement individualized aba treatment plans designed by the supervising bcba, utilizing evidence-Based strategies like net and dtt while collecting accurate data on skill acquisition and behavior goals during sessions. Responsibilities also include collaborating with staff and families, documenting progress, and maintaining professional standards.

Candidates must possess an active registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification through the bacb and a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities, especially in childcare or school settings, is strongly preferred.
