Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will implement individualized aba treatment plans designed by the supervising bcba, utilizing evidence-Based strategies like net and dtt while collecting accurate data on skill acquisition and behavior goals during sessions. Responsibilities also include documenting progress, communicating observations to supervisors, and participating in required training and supervision.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be willing to obtain registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification within the first 120 days of employment. Preferred qualifications include experience working with children with autism or in childcare/Preschool settings, alongside a compassionate and patient demeanor.
