Support Teacher Early Childhood Education

Support teachers collaborate with educators across various classrooms to foster a positive and engaging learning atmosphere that promotes the holistic development of children. Key duties include leading innovative learning activities, ensuring child safety and well-Being at all times, and monitoring student progress and development.

Candidates must possess at least one msde certification and ideally have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a cda or aa preferred, though a bachelor's degree in early childhood education is also preferred. Essential qualities include a love for working with children, strong collaboration and communication skills, patience, and a nurturing attitude.
