Lead Teacher - Preschool 3 yr olds

The lead teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing age-Appropriate curriculum and planning engaging activities to foster children's cognitive, social, and emotional development. This role also involves assessing and documenting student progress while ensuring the safety and well-Being of all children.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, a bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field, and the required 90 hour preschool mdse certification. A minimum of one year of experience in a licensed center is mandatory, alongside strong communication skills and a passion for working with children.
