School of Nursing Applied Practice Faculty

The faculty member will facilitate student learning through clinical skills, simulation laboratory instruction, and hospital-Based teaching, ensuring consistency between learning environments and competency assessment. Key duties include teaching, providing real-Time coaching, collaborating with clinical partners, and participating in curriculum development and service activities.

Candidates must possess a graduate degree in nursing and hold or be eligible for a kansas registered nurse (Rn) license, along with a minimum of three years of clinical practice experience. Preferred qualifications include prior teaching experience in lab/Clinical settings and simulation-Based education.
