Lower School Instructional Assistant Teacher

The instructional assistant supports lead teachers in delivering high-Quality differentiated instruction across literacy, mathematics, and integrated science/Social studies programs while also providing classroom management assistance. Responsibilities extend beyond the classroom to include supervision duties like dining room, playground, and carpool support, with opportunities for enrichment teaching or coaching.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and demonstrated experience in an early elementary educational setting, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. A commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive environment and an ongoing interest in professional development are also required.
