School Counselor

The counselor will collaborate with students, parents, teachers, and administrators to address academic, personal, and social/Emotional needs, managing an assigned student caseload. Responsibilities also include facilitating group counseling, wellness initiatives, and participating in co-Curricular and spiritual school activities.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in school counseling or a related field and be certified or eligible for certification in missouri, preferably with 2 to 4 years of related experience. A strong commitment to the school's mission, a student-Focused approach, and excellent communication skills are essential.
