School Social Worker

The school social worker will act as a lead coordinator for tiered interventions related to student wellbeing, manage related data, and provide bridge care, risk assessment, and safety planning for students seeking mental health services. This role also involves collaborating with various school departments and external mental health providers, coordinating parent education, and training faculty on student wellness aspects.

Candidates must hold a master's degree in social work or a related counseling field, with a preference for 2 to 4 years of related experience, especially working with parents and families. A strong commitment to the school's mission, a student-Focused approach, and excellent organizational and collaborative communication skills are essential.
