Child Care Manager

This role is responsible for the direct supervision and care of children and babies within a small childcare setting, which includes assisting with daily tasks and organizing playtime activities. Essential duties also involve maintaining a clean and safe environment by organizing, sanitizing equipment, and performing general cleaning tasks at the end of the shift.

Candidates must possess current certification in infant/Child cpr, first aid, and aed, and must be enthusiastic, constantly alert, and capable of interacting with various age groups. The position requires the ability to anticipate problems, handle disruptive children appropriately, and maintain energy and patience throughout the shift.
