Clinical Nursing Instructor

The clinical instructor provides direct supervision and instruction to nursing students during their clinical rotations, ensuring they develop practical skills and clinical judgment necessary for safe patient care. Responsibilities include supervising, mentoring, evaluating students, and collaborating with academic leadership to implement the curriculum.

Candidates must possess an unencumbered florida or compact state rn license and a minimum of four years of clinical experience as an rn. A minimum of an associate of science in nursing is required, with a bachelor of science in nursing preferred, along with experience in clinical instruction or preceptorship.
