ABA Therapist / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Spartanburg

The role involves providing individual treatment to clients up to age 21 by implementing learning programs under bcba supervision and collecting data on target behaviors. Responsibilities also include delivering instruction based on applied behavior analysis principles and collaborating with caregivers to modify behavior.

Candidates are required to obtain rbt designation within 90 days of employment and must possess strong communication, written, and interpersonal skills with excellent attendance. A certificate, bachelor’s, or associate’s degree in a behavioral health or related field is preferred, along with relevant experience.
