Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – In-Home Services

The registered behavior technician will provide direct one-On-One aba therapy services in client homes, implementing individualized treatment plans designed by supervising bcbas. Key duties include accurately collecting data on client progress and adhering to ethical standards.

Candidates must possess an active rbt certification and a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Required qualifications include reliable transportation, strong interpersonal skills, and comfort working independently in the field.
