Master's Degree Recruitment Specialist

The specialist develops and implements both face-To-Face and virtual outreach strategies to recruit students for the university’s diverse array of master’s-Level academic programs. This involves cultivating professional relationships across the university and with external organizations to enhance the enrollment experience and drive graduate enrollment growth.

A bachelor’s degree is required, though a master’s degree is preferred, and significant experience in graduate recruiting may substitute for educational qualifications. A minimum of two years’ experience in higher education admissions, advising, or recruiting is mandatory.
