Teacher Associate

The teacher associate will work one-On-One with an assigned student under a teacher's direction, adjusting instruction and monitoring learning progress, while also instructing students in the teacher's absence using behavior management techniques. Responsibilities also include maintaining ongoing student records, assisting teachers with educational field trips, and actively participating as a member of the treatment team.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a high school diploma or ged, along with meeting specific educational criteria such as holding an associate degree, completing 60 college credit hours, or passing required standardized tests like the parapro test or work keys assessments. Physical requirements involve heavy work, occasionally exerting up to 100 pounds of force.
