SPED Teacher - Moderate Needs

Teachers are responsible for managing student behavior by establishing and enforcing rules, maintaining discipline, and planning, preparing, and delivering instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences. They must also maintain accurate student progress records and participate in school meetings and parent interactions.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and hold or be eligible for a colorado department of education special education generalist license and a colorado read act designation. Demonstrated skills in effective instruction, technology assimilation, individualized instruction, behavior management, case management, and iep development are required.
