Physical Therapist / Physical Therapist Assistant - Outpatient

The role involves conducting comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, tailoring education to individual needs within an interdisciplinary setting. Responsibilities also include designing personalized, evidence-Based treatment plans and efficiently managing patient documentation within the emr system.

Candidates must be graduates of a capte-Accredited pt program and hold current or pending state licensure, along with bls certification. Strong interpersonal skills, a team-Oriented mindset, and the ability to manage a full clinical caseload of 10–12 patients per day are required.
