Substitute Recreation Specialist

The primary duties involve organizing and supervising both on-Center and off-Center recreation activities for students, while also guiding them toward informed lifestyle choices regarding fitness and nutrition. This role requires developing new, stimulating ideas for recreational, sporting, and educational events, alongside managing schedules, tracking attendance, and maintaining equipment.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged along with one year of experience working with youth, and must maintain a valid driver’s license. Obtaining a cdl class b driver's license with a passenger endorsement is required within three months of hire, and water safety certification is preferred.
