Assistant Professor of Nursing or Clinical Assistant Professor of Nursing

The successful candidate will teach an average load of 20 semester credit hours or equivalent per academic year in the baccalaureate-Level nursing program, including potential teaching during the january term. Responsibilities also include advising students, engaging in scholarly/Creative activities, and fostering excellence and innovation in undergraduate teaching.

Minimum qualifications require an m.s. In nursing at the time of appointment, an unencumbered nys rn license, and recent relevant clinical or educational experience. Preference is given to applicants with a doctorate in nursing, at least three years of full-Time teaching experience in a bachelor’s level nursing program, and relevant certifications.
