Mental Health Clinical Faculty (Part-Time): Hawaii

The clinical instructor implements the college's philosophy, curriculum, and objectives through clinical teaching and service, assuming responsibility for all autonomous aspects of individual teaching assignments. This includes planning clinical experiences, providing direct supervision and evaluation of nursing students, and grading student work in a timely manner.

Candidates must possess a master's or doctoral degree in nursing from a regionally accredited institution and hold an unencumbered professional nursing license in the state of hawaii. A minimum of two years of professional experience as a registered nurse within the last five years in the area of instruction is required, though teaching or precepting experience is preferred.
