Mental Health Clinical Faculty (Part-Time): Hawaii

The clinical instructor implements the college's philosophy and curriculum by providing direct supervision and evaluation of nursing students delivering care in a clinical setting. Responsibilities include planning clinical experiences, evaluating student performance, orienting to agency policies, and grading student work.

Candidates must possess a master's or doctoral degree in nursing from a regionally accredited institution and hold an unencumbered professional nursing license in hawaii. A minimum of two years of professional experience as a registered nurse in the area of instruction within the last five years is required, though teaching or precepting experience is preferred.
