Core responsibilities
The thrive coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing the thrive program curriculum, which supports adults transitioning from high school in developing job skills, vocational proficiency, and community integration. This role involves providing one-On-One coaching, conducting assessments, and establishing relationships with community partners for job placement opportunities.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a related field such as special education or social work, with a master's degree preferred, alongside previous experience working with individuals with disabilities, preferably in vocational rehabilitation or transition settings. A valid driver's license and excellent communication skills are also required.
