Lead Toddler Teacher

Lead teachers are responsible for managing the classroom and creating a nurturing learning environment. They also mentor co-Teachers and communicate with parents about children's progress.

A high school diploma or ged is required, with an associate degree or higher in early childhood education preferred. Candidates should have at least one year of professional teaching experience and knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices.
