Occupational Therapist - Outpatient - South Hill, VA

The occupational therapist ii conducts evaluations on referred patients and implements comprehensive treatment programs, including discharge planning and patient/Family education. This role involves documenting evaluation results and participating actively as a member of both self-Directed departmental and interdisciplinary patient care teams.

Candidates must be licensed or licensure eligible by the commonwealth of virginia as an occupational therapist and possess a minimum of 1 year of work experience as an occupational therapist. A graduate degree from an accredited school of occupational therapy is required, with preferred qualifications including a master's or doctoral degree.
