Core responsibilities
The behavior technician will work directly with clients, delivering intensive, high-Quality aba interventions under the supervision of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) who develops the treatment plan. Responsibilities include implementing treatment, supporting caregiver training, collecting data, and documenting client progress.
Requirements summary
Candidates should ideally have 1-2 years of experience working with children and are preferred to have obtained or be pursuing a bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check are mandatory.
