Behavior Technician- Entry and Experienced Levels

Implement structured programming designed by the bcba to teach skills such as communication, play, and daily living, while also implementing behavior management protocols to reduce maladaptive behaviors. Responsibilities include collecting and graphing comprehensive data, engaging in collaborative documentation with families, and attending weekly meetings.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and desire to work with children with emotional, mental, autistic, or developmental disabilities, with the ability to lift 50lbs. New hires must complete a 40-Hour bai class within four weeks and undergo required training and yearly skills assessments as per oregon health authority guidelines.
