Job description

Employed on a per-load-unit basis for a given semester or term. Sole contracted responsibilities are those activities required in the delivery of a course (e.g., mentoring/coaching, preparation, teaching, grading, office hours). In some instances, there may be some contracted responsibilities for advising, course development or meeting other departmental needs.

The Department of Health, Nutrition and Exercise Science at Messiah University includes majors in Applied Health Science, Nutrition and Dietetics, Athletic Training, Sport Management, and Health and Physical Education with pathways to Messiah University graduate degrees in Athletic Training, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Nutrition and Dietetics. There are ten full time faculty and dedicated research and teaching laboratories.
