Teacher Associate

The teacher associate will work one-On-One with assigned adolescent boys under a teacher's direction, adjusting instruction delivery and utilizing behavior management techniques to maintain a smooth classroom environment. Responsibilities also include instructing students in a teacher's absence, monitoring progress, keeping ongoing records, and participating as a member of the treatment team.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old and hold a high school diploma or ged equivalent, along with meeting specific educational criteria such as an associate degree, 60+ college credit hours, or passing specific standardized tests like the parapro or work keys assessments. Physical requirements involve heavy work, occasionally exerting up to 100 pounds of force.
