Occupational Therapist-Hand Therapist

Responsibilities include providing comprehensive and individualized treatment, from evaluation and care plan creation through treatment and discharge, while also supervising assistants and aides and contributing to case management. The therapist must maintain a high standard of care by staying current with occupational therapy research and employing evidence based practice.

Candidates must be a graduate of an aota-Accredited occupational therapy school and possess cpr certification and a valid driver's license. Preferred qualifications include at least two years of experience in custom splinting pre and post-Operation orthopedics and two years in adult rehabilitation, with hand and splinting experience being preferred.
