School Based Therapist (Nixa)

The therapist will provide individual, group, family, and other practical counseling services to meet client needs and treatment goals, which includes completing comprehensive assessments and documenting diagnoses. Key duties also involve developing individualized treatment plans, participating in clinical staffing, and handling crisis situations as needed.

Candidates must possess at least a master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field and hold the applicable professional licensure (Lpc, lcsw, or lmft) for the state of practice. Additional requirements include having a current driver's license and being willing to become licensed in additional states.
