NCLEX Success Coach

The coach is responsible for integrating ati resources to ensure student readiness for the nclex-Rn exam through structured academic interventions and data-Informed remediation planning. This involves overseeing ati implementation, analyzing performance data, developing remediation plans, and facilitating targeted study sessions and workshops.

Candidates must possess a master’s degree in nursing (Msn) or higher and hold a valid, active registered nurse (Rn) license from the california board of registered nursing. Minimum requirements include one year of teaching experience in nursing education and four years of recent direct patient care experience in medical-Surgical nursing.
