NCLEX Success Coach

The nclex success coach integrates ati resources to promote student readiness for the nclex-Rn exam through structured academic interventions and data-Informed remediation planning. This role involves overseeing ati implementation, analyzing performance data, developing remediation plans, and facilitating targeted support sessions for assigned nursing cohorts.

Minimum qualifications require a master’s degree in nursing (Msn) or higher, an active california rn license, at least one year of teaching experience in nursing education, and four years of recent medical-Surgical direct patient care experience. Candidates must also demonstrate proficiency in interpreting ati data and developing focused review plans for nclex readiness.
