Work Site Support Specialist (Cape Girardeau)

This role involves coordinating students’ work-Based learning experiences within the pre-Employment training - Work experience program, including facilitating on-Site support for 16 hours per week across four days. The specialist will also incorporate soft skills training, support student integration, and prepare necessary plans and reports.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and preferably have experience in employment services, job coaching, or related human services fields. Additional requirements include a valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, current auto insurance, and maintaining certifications in cpr, first aid, and bloodborne pathogens.
