Before & After School Site Assistant

Staff provide a nurturing environment for children k-6th, emphasizing character development in caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility across various school sites. Responsibilities include assisting in running successful year-Round school-Age care programs, monitoring safety, implementing curriculum, and serving meals/Snacks.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged, with one year of youth work experience preferred, and maintain current cpr/Aed, bloodborne pathogens, and child abuse prevention certifications. The role requires strong human relations skills, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, and the capacity to work with children in various weather conditions.
