Multilingual Licensed Therapist

The therapist will provide individual teletherapy sessions to k-12 students in virginia, primarily in their preferred language, focusing on short-Term, culturally responsive interventions for stress, trauma, and adjustment issues. Key duties also involve collaborating with school staff and ensuring language equity in service delivery through documentation and communication.

Applicants must be licensed in virginia as an lpc, lcsw, lmft, or equivalent, with fluency in a language other than english strongly preferred for serving linguistically diverse students. A minimum of one year of clinical experience with children/Adolescents, preferably in school or telehealth settings, is required, alongside strong cultural sensitivity and remote work proficiency.
