Adjunct, College of Education Clinical Experiences

The adjunct faculty member will teach courses, prepare instructional materials, and coordinate seminars as needed, while also supervising teacher candidates during their field placements, acting as a liaison between the university and the school site. Responsibilities include formal observations, providing formative feedback, and collaborating with cooperating teachers to monitor candidate progress and ensure program efficacy.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in a related field or at least eighteen graduate hours, or a terminal degree with relevant doctoral coursework from a regionally accredited institution. Essential qualifications also include prior teaching and mentoring experience, as well as completion of clinical educator training.
