YMCA Silver Spring Senior Camp Counselor 26

The senior camp counselor will be responsible for creating fun and impactful experiences for children, overseeing camper groups, implementing the daily camp program, and mentoring campers to help them adjust to camp life. Key duties include ensuring camper safety, participating in activities, and supporting overall program goals.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, a high school graduate, and available to work from pre-Camp training through the end of the season in august 2026. Required qualifications include prior supervisory experience in a day camp setting, two seasons as a counselor, and the ability to obtain cpr and first aid certification.
