  • You’ll Do: Support lead counselors in creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for campers by assisting with daily activities, games, and transitions throughout the day. Serve as a positive role model by demonstrating the YMCA core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility while building meaningful relationships with campers, staff, and parents. Help ensure camper safety and well-being by following camp policies, supervising participants, and communicating any concerns or incidents promptly to senior staff. Encourage camper participation and engagement by providing individualized support, helping resolve minor conflicts, and fostering a fun, welcoming atmosphere aligned with YMCA values.
