YMCA Silver Spring Junior Camp Counselor 26

Junior camp counselors will assist counselors in leading groups of campers through daily activities, ensuring campers have fun, learn, and make new friends within a safe and healthy environment. Responsibilities also include participating in all camp-Wide events and staff trainings as required throughout the summer season.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old and available to work from the pre-Camp training week through the end of the season in august 2026. Applicants must also be willing to obtain cpr and first aid certification and pass local jurisdiction criminal background checks.
