YMCA Silver Spring Camp Counselor 26

Camp counselors will be responsible for creating fun, impactful experiences for campers by leading groups, planning and leading activities, and promoting good personal relationships. They must also support a safe and healthy environment while participating in all camp-Wide activities and special events.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, a high school graduate, and available to work from the pre-Camp training week through the end of the season in august 2026. Essential requirements include passing background checks, obtaining cpr/First aid certification, and possessing prior experience in child supervision or completion of the cit program.
